Hosooka Observation Deck is a good viewing spot of the Kushiro Wetland and Kushiro River, where much of the precious and wonderful nature is being lost in Japan has been preserved. You can taste the soft ice cream or so at the cafe corner in the Hosooka Visitor Lounge nearby the deck.
