Implementing countermeasures against covid-19 according to the New Hokkaido Style, the Tour of Kamui Ishikari was held for two days on July 11 and 12, divided into short and long courses around Ishikari City, with a significantly reduced number of applicants compared to last year.
Even though it was an outdoor event, the organizers are still searching for a way to make it happen, but the participants were full of energy.
