The Satsunai River has been the clearest river in Japan many times.
The Tatsunai River Park in Nakasatsunai Village is located upstream of the Tatsunai River.
At the entrance of the park, a waterfall of the Giant Gourd River flows down the river.
The Hidaka Mountain Range Mountain Center, located within the park, has displays and information boards about the mountain range.
