The Geo x Mikasa Sightseeing Cycling Tour organized by Mikasa Geopark was held on May 15, 2022.
This time, we took a bus from Mikasa Roadside Station and started at Mikasa Amusement Park on the upper reaches of the Ikusyunbetsu River.
We passed through the open-air museum while watching the Ikusyunbetsu River flow by, and listened to the guide’s interesting talk at the old Ponbetsu Coal Mine shaft and other places.
The tour lasted about 6 hours.
