For the first time in four years, the Carp Banner Festival was held at the Ebetsu River Disaster Prevention Station.
Many parents and children enjoyed old-fashioned games (jumping rope, soap bubbles, etc.), kitchen car stalls, candy shops, yo-yo fishing, and other fair activities.
