With the aim of keeping the Chitose River beautiful forever, a river cleanup is held about twice a year under the sponsorship of “General Incorporated Association Kanoa” in Lake Shikotsu, the headwaters of the Chitose River.
This activity aims to be a “citizen participation & business collaboration” field activity, in which citizens, local businesses, and government cooperate with each other.
We have received a video of the activities in the fall of this year, the third year of the program. Thank you all for your hard work.
At the end of the video, the question is asked, “How can we clean the river?” What would you say? What would you answer?
This video is the work of Mr. Domon, who is active as “Plan-d”.
