On a bitterly cold morning, I watched the Tokachi River mist turning orange in the morning sun from the Moiwa Bridge over Toyokoro Town.
At the mouth of the river where it meets the ocean, I spent a beautiful day viewing the evening scenery of the Tokachi River and the jeweled ice.
