The “Kawatabi Map” is now available on google maps of “Kawatabi Spots” around major rivers in Hokkaido!

The “Kawatabi Spots” are introduced in five genres.

◎See and photograph …Viewpoints to enjoy the scenery of lakes, marshes, waterfalls, observatories, etc.
◎Learn & Know … Academic spots to deepen your knowledge, such as museums and literature centers.
◎Play & Experience …Spots where you can interact with events and water throughout the province.
◎Taste & Buy …Spots where you can get local gourmet foods and souvenirs, including roadside stations.
◎Staying and Resting … Spots where you can spend a relaxing time, such as campgrounds and hot spring facilities.

You can use it to make travel plans, to search for routes on your trip, or even to have a fantasy trip in your home time…it’s up to you how you use it. We hope you will find fun ways to use the site!
