To remember the memories of the flood damage in the Rumoi River basin in 1988, we went to the Rumoi River Festival, a handmade event with citizen participation.
There was an E-boat that allowed visitors to experience the flow of the Rumoi River, children performed the Rumoi’s famous shrimp dance, and there were cheers for the cute dogs’ disk-dog show.
