The clock attached to the signpost for the Nakagawa Town Spring Ice Break Quiz stopped at 4:21 PM on March 13th, heralding the arrival of spring.I had been working hard until March 12th but had to return to Sapporo and couldn’t see it. I’ll look forward to next year.
