The 30th Ishikari River Downstream Boat Tour was held at Sunagawa Flood Control Basin, the participants were leisurely enjoying the ride down the Ishikari River in their own boats.This year, stand-up paddleboarding made its debut, and it was perfectly suited to the gentle flow of the river.
