In the spring of 2025, Outdoor Garage Tokachi, an activity specialist offering ways to enjoy Tokachi’s rivers and waterfronts, launched a new experience. Drawing on 28 years of expertise, they select the best waterside locations based on the season and scenery, providing thoughtful hospitality to their guests.

One of the distinctive features is the twin canoe, created by connecting two canoes together. The added stability makes it safe and enjoyable even for beginners. Focusing mainly on private tours, the program also offers “river chairing,” where chairs are set up directly in the river, allowing guests to enjoy a variety of experiences—from relaxed tea time to lunch in the water.
