I visited the ongoing “Kawami 2025.” The weather was excellent, and the venue was crowded with many people. This year, the event runs until Sunday the 31st. It is conveniently located just steps from Horohira-bashi Subway Station.

Perhaps because of the heat, more people entered the river than last year.
Both adults and children looked happy. Water play is fun regardless of age.
