From late October, as the temperature difference between day and night increased, the autumn foliage at Nakajima Park reached its peak. The park was filled with vibrant fall colors, attracting many visitors who came to enjoy the seasonal scenery.

Autumn leaves lining the park pathway from Horohira-bashi Subway Station toward Nakajima Park. The balance of colors between evergreen and deciduous trees is especially beautiful.

From October 24 to November 3, the Nakajima Park Autumn Foliage Light-Up was held, organized by the Sapporo Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The illuminated ginkgo trees were particularly impressive in scale and beauty. Many people gathered to enjoy the view, and food trucks were also on site, drawing long lines of visitors.
