On this day, the cherry blossom front in Hokkaido was coming to an end, and although the cherry blossoms at Jozankei Dam were past their prime and had turned leafy, the cherry blossoms, fresh greenery, and spring foliage created a nice atmosphere.
(The dam museum was not open on this day due to the new coronavirus infection control measures.)
