Top Photo: Trying Out How to Ride an E-Board!

The “Rumoi River Festival,” which began as a community-based, handmade event to ensure that the memory of the flooding disaster in the Rumoi River basin in 1988 is not forgotten, was held on Sunday, August 24, 2025.
On the main stage, a variety of programs were held, including live performances, a quiz competition featuring the Rice Promotion Hero “Kome Fighter,” and a rock–paper–scissors contest with scallops as prizes. In addition, there were panel exhibitions, a water flow speed experience, and an underground flooding simulation corner.
