Admiring the snow still glistening on the peaks of the majestic Daisetsuzan Mountains, we arrived at Hanasaku Café (Asahiyama Zoo). Here, we recharged our energy with fluids and a bit of sugar before continuing on toward the Higashikawa Roadside Station “Michikusakan.”
