The Saru River is a river rich in nature where salmon and cherry salmon run-up. Since there is a spawning ground upstream of the dam, there is a staircase fishway with a “swing shoot gate” that moves up and down according to the dam lake’s water level. “Nibutani Lake” has a walking path and a historical walking path, and vehicles such as canoes without an engine can enter.
