This waterfall is located in the Humbe area along Route 336 (commonly known as Kogane Road) from Hiroo Town to the Shoya area of Erimo Town.
This waterfall is unusual in that groundwater seeps out of the cliff and falls directly to the side of the national highway.
The waterfall is not high, with a drop of about 10 meters, but it is 150 meters wide.
In places where the flow is strong, the waterfall becomes a large icefall, and in places where it seems to seep out, small icicles form in the early morning.
