Tokachigaoka Observatory is located on the mountain side of the Tokachigawa Onsen spa resort in the town of Otofuke.The view from here is spectacular, with the Tokachi Plain spread out below and the Hidaka Mountains in full view, and at night the lights of Obihiro city spread out to create a spectacular world of light.The morning glow from the Tokachi-chuo Bridge on the Tokachigawa River evokes a sense of spring with its pale light.
