This festival takes place along the Green Belt that runs from the Chitose River into the city.

Once again this year, we have a variety of events planned, including the popular Sky Master (aerial work platform) ride experience, a mini-construction equipment ride experience, a food truck and street food market featuring over 30 vendors, and stage performances.
