This festival is held annually during the Obon season in Tokoro Town, Kitami City. It features a festival fair, an outdoor beer party, and Bon Odori dances with costumed participants of all ages.

The main event is the fireworks display, during which approximately 1,000 fireworks are launched. Because the viewing area is so close to the launch site, the fireworks are particularly spectacular.
