The weather was absolutely beautiful, so I went to see the fall foliage in Jozankei. It’s at its peak this week.

This is the Futami Suspension Bridge. It’s one of the famous sights in the Jozankei Onsen area.

This is the Futami footbath. It’s a good idea to bring a towel to dry your feet.

This is Mt. Asahidake. It’s the first place to catch the morning sun.

This is the view of the hot spring town from the Jozankei Ohashi Bridge. It’s the familiar scene you see in brochures.

This is the Jozankei Dam. On the way here, I saw the famous rainbow created by the dam’s water release.
